3 Pre-Construction

As the project commences, HeavenView Homes obtains construction permits from both DP and BP, ensuring a swift start and eliminating uncertainties associated with building a new home from scratch.

4 Implementation

Commencing from bare foundations, the framework of your custom-built home takes shape. West Ridge offers a comprehensive website for all project updates, providing daily reports and photos of your home’s progress. With transparent construction and milestone meetings, you’ll be fully informed of the status. Access to daily logs is available anytime for your review. Our internal team meets weekly to discuss the build’s status, keeping you informed of the progress and facilitating regular discussions throughout the process.

5 Your Custom Home

The grand unveiling of your newly constructed custom home marks a celebration of epic proportions. As you walk through the property, you’ll be astounded by the home perfectly tailored to your lifestyle. The destination is here… the journey continues.

6 Warranty + Beyond

2-3 weeks before possession, we walk you through your home, addressing any items needing attention to ensure a flawless move-in day. On possession day, we repeat this process, demonstrating the resolution of any prior issues. Afterward, we maintain an open dialogue with scheduled home checks at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals.
